With the entire world slowly and gradually starting up to reopen as control around the COVID-19 pandemic starts to arrive to fruition, Google Arts & Culture is launching a new online video series termed “Perspectives” that sees superstars sharing their concealed secrets in their most loved metropolitan areas.
The new series was announced as a way to check out “the concealed web sites of a town or studying about intriguing spots, folks, and stories” that otherwise go unnoticed even by the most ardent of globe-trotting travellers. It also delivers a portal to places you might hardly ever have even contemplated, all from the ease and comfort of your property.
What helps make the Google Arts & Society Perspectives series all the a lot more partaking is the “homebrew” mother nature of each and every video. We’ve all used time on Zoom phone calls with buddies, family members, and colleagues and so these walkthroughs have felt a lot extra real in a way that a large-close marketing campaign would ordinarily come to feel stale. In that feeling, it feels extra authentic than the Artwork Zoom promo:
In the newest episodes of the Google Arts & Culture video clip collection “Perspectives,” tennis champion and entrepreneur Venus Williams, award successful songwriter, actor and producer actor Lin-Manuel Miranda, South African audio artists Busiswa and Muzi, and Olympic Mexican soccer star Daniela Espinosa invite you to go on a one of a form digital journey.
The 10-movie series can be considered specifically on YouTube, or you can head to the dedicated Viewpoint launch site on the Google Arts & Society weblog here. As a way to glean a tiny extra data about a location you believed you realized, this is a great minor initiative that we hope expands more.
